Our Home Inspection Satisfaction Guarantee has several conditions to help assure that you are getting every part of our service that you can. If you feel that you are not 100% satisfied with your home inspection, you may cancel the inspection process before a home inspection report is generated and there will be no charge for our services.
The following requirements must be met to qualify for this 100% satisfaction guarantee:
The Home Inspection must include ancillary systems such as swimming pools, sprinkler systems, septic systems and wells if present.
A Home Security Systems inspection must be pre-scheduled by A Closer Look Inspection Service with Brinks when the inspection is scheduled.
You must sign an Inspection Agreement Contract before the Home Inspection is started.
You must sign the Satisfaction Guarantee Agreement before the Home Inspection is started.
You must provide a copy of the Owners Disclosure and any other inspection or engineers reports on the property at the inspection.
You must be present for the entire inspection process and follow the inspectors through the property during the inspection.
Payment of the inspection must be paid by cash or check at the end of the inspection.
If, at the end of the inspection and before a home inspection report is generated, you are not 100% satisfied with your home inspection then there will be no charge for our inspection services.
All notes pictures or recordings of the inspection must be returned to A Closer Look Home Inspection Service at that time.
A Home Inspection cancellation statement, release and waiver of liability document must be signed at that time.
No representations of the property condition will be made to any party of the transaction based on information gleamed from the inspection process.
